Card-Shark is dedicated to provide the best playing cards and card effects for magicians worldwide. We invented the Phoenix Deck that is manufactured in the world's best playing card manufacturies worldwide. Because different deck types need different manufacturing processes, and as a single manufacturer can not provide all variations.

We are the only specialist that can serve any need of professional magicians, as we also print custom cards, from a single card up to complete deck runs. Card-Shark is a proud FISM partner, and the Phoenix Deck is the only deck worldwide that is FISM recognized. Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If you wish, the login data can be stored on your device, making an upcoming purchase a breeze.

We accept Paypal, credit card and debit card payments (through Paypal) and Wire Transfer. Prices are charged in US$ or Euro, depending if you are living outside or inside of Europe.

All orders must be settled in full before goods can be released or produced. We always try to serve you immediately and in most cases this works well. As some items are manufactured manually or produced on demand, sometimes there will be a delay. If this is the case we will inform you immediately and let you know as soon as we ship out your order.

Shipping And Handling

Delivery and packing is charged as a flat fee, independent of the weight, size and destination of the item.

US, Canadian and other American orders of standard items are shipped out from our US office, all other orders are shipped from Germany.

Delivery Schedule

Providing your selected item(s) are in stock, we despatch your order within 1 business day after receiving your payment. All orders are processed through our German Head Office first and - if necessary - then forwarded to our US Office where the order will be packed and shipped.

Our Business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm German time zone (6 hrs ahead of EST / EDT).

Our German post deadline is 4pm (German time), our US post deadline is 4pm (EST / EDT time).

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will inform you. We will endeavour to keep you updated on the availability at all times. You may cancel your order at any time prior to our despatch. With Paypal it is easy to send back your payment partially or in total.

Tax Charges

All European orders are charged in Euro, 19% VAT is included in our Euro prices shown.

Outside of Europe orders are charged in US$, the prices are free of VAT.

Payment Security

As credit card and Paypal payments are processed through Paypal, all security issues of their service apply.

There is no need to open up a Paypal account during your payment if you are not a Paypal member, even if they recommend it. It is your decision, it is really a great service worth a try.
